Northern Ireland Environment Agency

Funding from the Northern Ireland Environment Agency (NIEA) has been at the heart of several Woodland Trust projects in Northern Ireland, including Tree For All, Back on the Map and Ervey, now known as Burntollet Wood.

Tree For All is the largest children’s tree-planting initiative the UK has ever seen, with a target to plant 12 million trees.  Thanks to the support of NIEA, half a million of these are set to grace the Northern Ireland landscape.
