Recording the changing seasons

Can I help record trees or seasonal signs for the Trust?

The UK Phenology Network was launched by the Trust and the Centre for Hydrology and Ecology in 2000, and involves almost 50,000 people in recording signs of spring and autumn. Since 2005, the UKPN and the BBC have been conducting the biggest phenology surveys in the UK, through Springwatch and Autumwatch.

These records will help scientists demonstrate how climate change is affecting our habitats.

Recording the seasons on the Nature's Calendar website website is simple. Further information about registering can be found at: www.naturescalendar.org.uk
