We are looking for someone who can promote our cause and lead us in our mission to plant trees, protect and restore ancient woodland, create havens for wildlife all over the UK and engage more people with our work and our vision.

Announcement from 15 May 2019: The Woodland Trust can confirm that our CEO Beccy Speight will be leaving us

Over the last five years under her leadership, the Trust has seen many positive changes. The Woodland Trust has grown its focus, profile and influence in helping to create a better wooded environment for the UK.  We are sorry to be losing her, but are reassured that she is staying in the Conservation sector. We have no doubt that she will remain an advocate and voice for woods and trees.

Beccy has been integral in developing the Trust into the organisation it is today, with a passionate and committed workforce who on a daily basis work hard to create a better wooded future. We will continue to create, protect and restore woods, while inspiring the public to love and value them.
